At Mendwell Chiropractic, we proudly serve the community as a cash based wellness clinic. We do not work directly with insurance providers. This allows us to treat you using the care you deserve - care that is not dictated by insurance companies. Our pricing is comparable to most co-pays.

A chiropractic adjustment is when a specific force is applied to a joint to increase range of motion and improve physical function. This can be done manually or using an instrument called the activator.

Absolutely! Research backs up the safety and effectiveness of chiropractic care in the pediatric population. Dr. Quinn has been extensively trained in treating babies, infants and kiddos. We keep the twisting to a minimum & apply low forces to restrictions that we may find. You’ll mostly hear giggles during our pediatric adjustments!

ALL chiropractors have training to adequately adjust children. However, a pediatric chiropractor is an expert trained in specific pediatric adjustments, conditions, and treatments. We pride ourselves in our expert knowledge and skills to provide the best pediatric care in Southern Utah.

First, you will schedule your appointment online. After doing this, you will receive an intake form via email.

When arriving for your appointment, you will be greeted by Dr. Quinn. She will sit down and take a detailed health history about your child - everything from the pregnancy experience, labor and delivery, and birth.

Next, Dr. Quinn will assess and examine your child. Reflexes, orthopedic tests, and a full spinal exam will take place. Dr. Quinn will explain her findings and what she is doing during the exam and treatment. Chiropractic adjustments will be performed - newborn and infant sessions look WAY different that adult adjustments! We describe it as the amount of sustained pressure as your pinky touching a cherry tomato!

Lastly, we will go over a care plan together and discuss what we think is best for your child moving forward.

(P.S. We understand that children may be hesitant or nervous about visiting a doctor’s office! We are able to examine/adjust on the floor, on our cozy couch, in your lap, or on our chiropractic table. If you need to take a break to nurse or calm your child, we absolutely support that!)

During your initial visit, Dr. Quinn will sit down with you and obtain a full history of your complaints and concerns. We want to get to the root of the cause so that we can better treat you! Then, we will do a physical exam. Afterwards, she will curate a care plan specific to your individual needs. Once you agree to care, you will receive your first treatment!

Follow-up appointments require less time. Here, we will provide treatment that we discussed during your initial visit.

Mendwell studio is located in the Chartway Building (or Ferrous Office Building) on Main Street! Once you enter the building, head down the stairs and make your way to suite A2.
