At Mendwell, we proudly serve Southern Utah as a cash-based practice. Therefore, we do not work directly with insurance providers. Why? This allows us to provide quality care that is catered to each individual - care that isn’t dictated by your insurance provider. However, we do accept HSA and FSA cards and welcome any honest and open conversations about finances.
Adult and Prenatal Initial
This appointment includes a full history, examination, treatment, and suggested care plan. Furthermore, prenatal visits include the utilization of Webster Technique. This visit is approximately 45 minutes long.

Pediatric Initial
This appointment includes a full history, examination, treatment, and suggested care plan. Pediatric visits include adjustments and craniosacral therapy. This visit is approximately 45 minutes long.

Follow-Up Visit
This appointment is for any adult, prenatal, or pediatric patient that has already had an initial visit at our office. This visit includes treatment and is approximately 20 minutes long.

Mommy & Me
This appointment is for mothers who are wanting to receive care with their baby/child. Both the mother and child must be established patients. This appointment is 45 minutes long.
